Renovate home: still worthwhile
The theme of the home renovation is strongly felt. In general, everything concerning the taxation of housing in Italy, a country with one of the highest numbers of home owners, generates many controversies. For now, the debate is suspended thanks to the extension that the government has granted on the subsidies front.
At least until 31 December 2015, those who want to renovate their homes will be able to do so with a very favorable tax regime. There is talk of a 50% deduction on personal income tax for simple restructuring. On the other hand, we have a 65% deduction for interventions carried out for the purpose of energy requalification (which may, for example, involve changing the fixtures and therefore reducing heat loss).
If it is true that the facilities on the pitch are still considerable, it is equally true that the costs of the interventions can be very high. In some cases, therefore, it is necessary to contact the credit system to finance the renovation works.
The banks understood this need and included products specifically dedicated to the issue of restructuring in their offer. How much do home renovation loans cost? It is obviously a question that cannot have an unambiguous answer. It is therefore good to consider the best offers.
Loans for home renovation: who to contact
Let’s say that a forty-year employee employed indefinitely in the public sector requires a loan to renovate the house for an amount of 20,000 USD, and that he prefers an amortization period of 84 months. Under these conditions, the best offer bears the signature of RataWeb, which not surprisingly is one of the leaders in personal loans. The proposed installment is $ 288.83. The fixed Tan is 5.65%, while the Taeg stands at 5.84%. The initial costs are 16 USD. The product is called Personal Credit, and offers an amount that can range from 3,000 to 30,000 USD.
Another offer worthy of attention is that of Capital Lender. In this case the installment will be 291.69 USD. The Tan will be 5.95% and the Taeg 6.11%. The good news is that there are no upfront charges. Also this product offers a minimum amount of 3,000 USD, although the maximum can reach 60,000 USD.
Interesting is the possibility to choose the day of payment, which can be the 5th of each month or the 20th. The insurance is optional. If you opt for a policy, the premium will consist of 6.50% for amortization periods of over 60 months, 5.85% for periods between 37 and 60 months, 5.30% for periods of up to 36 months.
